CHILDREN POLICIES (0-12 years)
- Children 12 years old or younger must always be accompanied in the room by an adult.
- Children under 5 years old can sleep in the bed with their parents at no additional cost.
- Crib (Only for use by children 0-5 years old): cost per night USD 12.20 taxes included.
SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
- Dinners on our Terrace with ocean view (Restaurant Bahia Mar is in charge of offering the food and beverage service during its operating hours).
- Cocktails and snacks on the terrace overlooking the sea.
- Extra buffet breakfast USD 20.00 (includes taxes).
- Early check-in: At the discretion of the hotel, an early check-in can be authorized at no additional cost according to availability (not guaranteed).
- Late check-out: At the discretion of the hotel, a late check-out can be authorized at no additional cost according to availability (not guaranteed).
- Round trip transfers from the airport to the hotel. Ask the staff for additional charges.
- Local, national and international calls according to current rates.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
- Pets are not allowed in the rooms or in the hotel facilities, or on the terrace.
- The hotel is a smoke-free area, smoking is only allowed on our waterfront terrace.
- Additional requests may not always be available, the requirements must be reported in detail when confirming a reservation.
CONFIRMATIONS
All prices are per room and per night, occupancy 1-2 people, king size double bed or two twin single beds in superior and premium rooms. Occupancy 1-2 or up to 3 people in a standard room, king size double bed + one twin single bed or three twin single beds.
Our rates include 10% service tax and 12% VAT (If applicable).
Payment is completed at the time of booking. In case of cancellation within the agreed deadlines, the amount will be charged to your PayPal account.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- If total or partial cancellation is made UP TO 31 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, the deposit made at the time of booking will be returned.
- If it is totally or partially canceled WITHIN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL and on the day of check-in, 100% of the total value for cancellation applies.
- No show applies 100% cancellation fee.
LOST & FOUND
The hotel is not responsible for the negligence of guests in the handling and care of their personal effects. In the same way, it disclaims any responsibility for accidents that occur inside and outside the hotel. In case of finding forgotten effects in the rooms, the hotel proceeds to register it according to procedure and will immediately contact the passenger to notify him/her of the object(s) found in the room. It will be the passenger who coordinates and assumes the cost of the recovery logistics.
FOOD RESTRICTIONS
For a better experience for our passengers, we ask passengers to communicate their food restrictions in a timely manner and with due notice.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
We ask our guests to notify the hotel of any important medical condition, no matter how minor it may seem. It is important to mention that in case of an emergency, accident or other situation related to the lack of information provided by the guest, the hotel will not be responsible for them.
CHECK-IN
Upon entry of passengers (Check-in) all passengers, without exception, must meet the following requirements:
- Show the passport or identity card of the reservation holder and all the companions.
- Complete and sign the registration card accepting the waiver of liability.
- Unregistered or additional guests (post check-in), must make your registration and additional payment (when applicable), in addition to sign the registration card.
To preserve an atmosphere of peace, harmony, and cordiality in the hotel, the excess of alcoholic beverages, drugs, and firearms is forbidden.
