We are pleased to share with our guests a special opportunity to participate in a project that promotes education, culture, conservation and comprehensive well-being in our community: the Community Library for Galapagos and the world.
In association with Agipa (Association of Naturalist Guides of Galapagos), which is the legal representative of the library, and who have created and developed the “Guardians of the Library” program. Same that invites us to actively collaborate in the permanence and growth of this valuable space for learning and knowledge exchange.
We would like to invite all our guests to join this noble cause. There are two ways you can contribute:
Amazon Wish List: The library has created a wish list on Amazon.com where you can find materials and books that the library needs. When making your reservation at our hotel, we invite you to join the “Guardians of the Library” program by adding one or more items from your wish list to your shopping cart. Materials will be delivered directly to the library, ensuring that each donation is gratefully received and used for the benefit of all. Fundraising: A GoFundMe campaign has also been created to raise funds to strengthen and expand library services. Every donation, no matter how small, will go a long way toward improving the facility, acquiring new books and educational resources, and expanding the reach of the community library to the Galapagos and the world.
